MT/PO Career Progression:
Bank Asia considers MT/PO as the first leg of the Executives Cadre’ who usually are the quick learners and intellectually rigorous with the capability to grow faster in career to succeed in the future leadership positions with the gaining of experience over time.
Selected MT/PO wit pass through a planned traineeship period for 1 (one) year from the date of entry and will be exposed to (a)
General banking, (b) Credit and (c) Foreign exchange portfolios besides regular formal counseling. training & development through in-house programs. Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their operational expertise, knowledge and behavioral competence to enable them take up the substantive job as the “MT to Senior Officer and PO to Officer” in a regular pay scale on successful completion cf the trianeeship period.
