Position: Senior Research Fellow

Educational Qualification:  PhD in Economics/ Agricultural Economics/Applied Statistics/Finance or any other relevant subject from any recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidates who have foreign degree.

Experience: 8-10 years in Research

Job Description

  • Conduct research in selected areas/disciplines that would add values to attaining institutional goals.
  • Publish articles in recognized journals.
  • Supervise research of junior researchers in relevant discipline/area using or developing appropriate methods and/or techniques and managing the associated staff.
  • Lead production of high quality research outputs/publications as required by the management.
  • Contribute to the process of developing research proposals.
  • Review and synthesize research results.
  • Make presentations nationally /internationally.
  • Play  role  in  identifying  sources  of  funding and  contribute  to  the  process  of  securing bids.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the competent authority.

Other Qualification

  • Must  have good command of Bangla & English language both written and oral.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Must have publications in recognized journals.

Age : Maximum 40 years
Salary  : Tk.73,060-3,650×5-91,310-3,750×5-1,10,060 plus 60% house rent, medical allowance, conveyance as per organisation’s rule. Salary is negotiable for highly deserving candidates and higher position may also be offered.

Position: Research Fellow

Job Description:

  • Independently undertake advanced research in the relevant discipline/area using or developing appropriate methods and/or techniques and managing the associated staff.
  • Lead the production of high quality research reports/publications as required by the management.
  • Lead and promote activities designed to develop collaborative research with colleagues and support staff internally and to actively develop appropriate external contacts and networks relevant to future collaboration.
  • Lead relevant meetings associated with research projects or related activities.
  • Lead in resolving problems affecting the delivery of research outputs, and planning and implementing future research projects that emerge from the current projects.
  • Undertake any other duties relevant to the organisation especially research.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the competentauthority.

Other Qualification:

  • Must have good command of Bangla & English language both written and oral.

Salary: Tk.61,100 -3,055×6-79,430-3,155×6-98,360 plus 60% house rent, medical allowance, conveyance as per organisation’s rule.

Position: Senior Research Associate

Preference will be given to the candidates with Masters degree from abroad.

Experience: At least 3 years in Research

Job Description

  • Operate  in-house  and  project  research  works at InM.
  • Assist    in    impact    evaluation    of    different projects.
  • Develop/maintain     contact     with     research organisations    for    sharing    information    on current activities.
  • Keep    update    of    research    works    and disseminate   acquired   knowledge   within   the organisation.
  • Provide necessary guidance to research team.
  • Any other activities as advised by the competent authority.

Other Qualification

  • Must have good command of Bangla & English language both written and oral.
  • Very good analytical capability.

Age:  Maximum 30 years

Salary: Tk.37,700-2,535×7-55,445-2,635×7-73,890 plus 60% house rent, medical allowance, conveyance as per organisation’s rule.

Position: Senior Assistant Director (Training)

Educational Qualification : Masters in Finance/Accounting/Economics/ Business Administration from any recognized university with at least two first classes/divisions in academic life and no third class in any examination.

Experience  At least 5 year(s) in Training. Preference will be
given to the candidates with training experience in
Microfinance.

Key Job Description

  • Coordinate  and  facilitate  training  at  HQs  and Regional level.
  • Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA).
  • Develop   training   curriculum   and   modules   on microfinance and other development issues.
  • Maintain/update   training   related   database   for smooth progress of training activities.
  • Monitor  and  evaluate  of  field  level  training  by making regular field visits.
  • Prepare high quality training related reports.
  • Develop training budget and training plan.
  • Handle training related administrative activities.
  • Make correspondence with the Certified Trainers at  field  level  and  training  organisations  at  home and abroad.
  • Develop training project proposals.
  • Any  other  tasks  assigned  by  the  competent authority.

Other Qualification:

  • Must have good command of Bangla & English language both written and oral.
  • Certification in training from recognised body will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates  having  good  GRE/GMAT  score  will be given preference and in that case conditions may be relaxed.

Job Description

  • Maintain liaison with the officials of international agencies, donors and local NGOs.
  • Keep close contact and coordinate with the administrative wing of InM as and when required.
  • Ensure overall support and facilities during seminar, workshop and training.
  • Prepare various official letters and documents as per direction of the ED.
  • Assist in preparing notes, draft of minutes and after editing by ED, finalizes same.
  • Prepare of all correspondence and materials as well as coordinate in distribution of urgent documents and official letters.
  • Preserve all necessary documents as per direction of ED.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the competent authority.

Other Qualification:

  • Must have outstanding command of English language both written and oral as well as native language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours.
